Watch Features (Transmitter):

• Tamper proof fiber-optic circuitry pulses every second. One missed pulse will indicate tamper condition.
• Three year transmitter battery life.
• The transmitter's constantly rolling unique ID code changes every 36 seconds. This prevents the fraudulent duplication of code.
• Fixed and random transmission of RF signal:  the watch emits pulses every 18 seconds on average.
• Automatic tamper reset:  a tamper condition will reset within 48 hrs of the tamper event.
• The transmitter is water-proof to a depth of 15 ft.
• Randomly tracks while away from home unit:  each transmitter can enable the optional feature of random tracking.
• Easily installed on wrist or ankle in less than five minutes.

The Watch Patrol "Watch" Transmitter Unit

HMU Features (Home Monitoring Unit):

• 1000 Event non-volatile memory:  information is stored in HMU even if the power is lost and battery completely depleted.
• Standard telephone line connection:  plugs into any standard telephone jack, although no actual telephone is needed.
• Standard AC Power Connection.
• 800 number for service:  the participant's telephone bill will not reflect any tolls for monitoring service.
• Dials direct or dials 9:  the monitoring unit can be installed in any office with dial 9 access or may be used in hotels that use dial 9 access.
• Adjustable range:  range settings of high, medium and low.
• Audible commands:  participants receive user friendly commands, such as "Hang Up Phone," "Plug In Power," and "Connect The Telephone Line."
• The monitoring unit will run for at least 48 hours on battery.

The Watch Patrol HMU

CHMU Features (Cellular Home Monitoring Unit):

Similar to the standard HMU, the CHMU holds one significant advantage:  the participant does not need access to a phone line or cellular telephone.  The CHMU has a built in cellular telephone, providing the perfect solution to the problem of incompatable digital telephone lines, or participants who do not have home "Land Lines."
